Our exercise plans are a mixture of cardio and weight training. Fitness program is the level of difficulty. You are able to change your fitness program level at any time under the settings.
FOUNDATION
For someone just starting out
4 days of exercise per week
(2 cardio + 2 strength)
INTERMEDIATE
For someone who has a consistent exercise routine
5 days of exercise per week
(3 cardio + 2 strength)
ADVANCED
For someone looking to be challenged
6 days of exercise per week
(3 cardio + 3 strength)
